The latter has not been portrayed too greatly on these photographs as it is more of a plum than a brown colour like it looks here! This shade can be worn all over your eyelid but for me personally that would be a little much, so I usually apply to the outer corners and blend into the crease. I also had a light bulb moment today that I could use this as an eyeliner, I'm getting so bored with my standard black or brown!
I find 'Eternal Gold' to be the hardest shade to wear out of all three, due to it being a very yellow gold, it isn't versatile and definitely not subtle for day to day wear. Also, there are chunks of glitter within the product and this makes it a little patchy when applying. Even though 'Eternal Gold' is my least favourite out of the three I think it would look great at a festival over the summer or on a night out.
Now, to the holy grail... the crème de la crème of my eyeshadow collection. I adore 'Pink Gold', it is a beautiful pale pink and is definitely a day to day wearable shade that would look great on most skin tones. The colour has an incredibly fine shimmer which gives it a metallic, rather than glittery look. I have been wearing this shade most days since I tried it out and have found my favourite dark lipsticks still look great with it, which is a bonus. It's just beautiful, I recommend it.
After swatching these on my arm for the photo above, I sat in my lounge scrubbing my arm with my other hand amazed at how well they lasted. They didn't smudge one bit.. not even a tiny bit. I haven't tested the 24HR statement, but why anyone would want an eyeshadow to last that long beats me. I'm excited to try 'On and On Bronze' as it has been hyped up SO much as some form of miracle product.
What are your opinions on these eyeshadows?

I absolutely love these eye shadows too, they are amazing. I have pink gold and it's my absolutely favourite, such a versatile and lovely shade.
ReplyDeleteIt is isn't it! I'm obsessed.
DeleteEveryone is obsessed with that shade, I need to try it out!
ReplyDeleteI love the color tattoo's they are just so brilliant you simply cannot go wrong with them!
ReplyDeleteMy favorites are bad to the bronze/ barely branded and inked pink. I hope they come out with a million colors, they are simply amazing but I do prefer the 24H metal range, much more creamier less prone to drying out.
